Selected Projects

  • Cohasset Solar

Our team financed and developed a 515 kilowatt DC (420 kilowatt AC) solar photovoltaic system on the Town of Cohasset’s closed landfill. The project joined over 80 solar and wind installations already operating in landfills in the Commonwealth. The project is comprised of 1,536 panels with a footprint of around 1.7 acres, including a 12’ by 200’ gravel access roadway for construction and maintenance vehicles.

  •  WGBH Solar Panels

Our team developed a 100kW solar photovoltaic system for local news station WGBH. The project comprises 531 solar panels, which help offset the electricity consumption of the television and radio station facilities. This project is one of our earliest commercial and industrial solar projects, completed in 2007.

  • Lowell Mills

Our team financed the construction of a 197.34 kW DC solar photovoltaic system located on the roofs of three neighboring mill buildings in Lowell, MA.

  • Double Green

Our team developed this photovoltaic project for the National Tropical Botanical Garden (NTBG). The solar system was installed on the roof of NTBG’s Botanical Research Center (BRC). The BRC became the first building on the island of Kauai to be awarded LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) Gold Certification.
